Using the Query creation wizard, you can query your database for inputted pieces of information, events and progresses. You can cross-examine data linked to Contacts or Projects with data related to the number of calls, of executed tasks, or of business mail sent.
The Query Tool offers you the power of knowledge, measuring team productivity, operation plannings, sales forecasts… All queries are stored and can be ran at any time without having to specify their criteria all over again.
The first step consists of retrieving the information in a dynamic answer table with all contextual links available. A single click on one piece of information displays the corresponding record in full detail. From the global overview, you can access the original source of information, e.g. a Project displayed in eLINK’s Project Manager ! eLINK thus provides you with a powerful tool to follow-up business activities – no existing tool compares to it.
The Query Tool comes with a “Query Creation Wizard” to guide you through all steps of table and field selections to get the result you need.
Moreover, you can specify which users or groups will have access to each query. Do this for confidentiality matters, or to manage queries per department.
