The Project Manager: Supervision & Administration
The Projects button authorizes the members of your team to file, share, follow-up and update documents and information related to each project. Each project or project type can be customized. A project can include a sales opportunity, a marketing campaign or any other company business activity. At any time, you may view its stage of progress and gain access to the related contacts, documents and tasks.
The Project Manager shows the hierarchy of Project Folders in a practical ‘tree’ view. In the frame on the right of the project display, one can work directly on Actions and Documents contained in the selected Project. At a glance, you will have a comprehensive overview of every Project.
You can easily configure a Project and follow every phase in the process of your team’s activity.
