I don’t know why this error occurs but we recently had a user that synchronized his whole Outlook Calendar with eLink and of who all his Outlook calendar appointments were deleted by eLink at the end of the synchronization…
Since all his Outlook items were present in eLink re-performing a synchronization didn’t copy all his outlook calendar items to outlook so outlook remained empty…
Solution:
eLink says that a patch normally exists for this problem (still waiting for it).
The intermediate solution consists out of running the following script in the database:
Delete from extrarelation where iduser = <youruserID> The table extrarelation contains all modifications of eLink and Outlook and only takes into account these items. When then specifying in the options of the eLink synchronization toolbar that 999 days before and 999 days after have to be taken into account, all appointments are copied (when configured as such) towards outlook. By the way, we had this error when opening the synchronization module: (Access violation at address 7C91B1FA in module ‘ntdll.dll’. Write of address 00000010:
