This week we started using the new eLink 2008 version of eLink internally. We are particularly taken with the new ‘Trinity’ look and feel available to users. It has a more tabbed approach to browsing eLink, so you end up with far fewer open browser windows on your screen.

Castlegate Technology recruited as a new eLink reseller

Castlegate Technology Ltd has signed up to become one of the first UK resellers for eLink CRM, an ASP solution that enables users to manage their complete business operations through a cost effective online solution.

Incognate recruited as a new eLink reseller

eLink UK has signed a deal to introduce Incognate to its fast expanding reseller base.

“Traditionally we have sold eLink directly to end users but we have recently decided to change our go to market model and distribute through resellers. The change of model means that we will not only see a dramatic increase in sales, but this will enable us to focus our efforts on continuously improving eLink functionality and providing great support to our resellers and their customers”, said Peter Jenkins, Managing Director of eLink UK.

e-Advantage Solutions becomes the eLink distributor for the UK

I am happy to report that in March 2007 e-Advantage Solutions has become the UK Distributor of eLink. eLink is a business management software solution that we have been reselling and supporting in the UK for over 7 years.

As part of being the UK Distributor we have setup a new division of e-Advantage Solutions Ltd called eLink UK to handle the distribution of eLink and to recruit and look after resellers and developers using the software in the UK.

New eLink Client – Efficient Air

We’re pleased to welcome Efficient Air as a new eLink customer. Efficient Air engaged us to convert their paper based ISO9000 quality control system into a fully electronic version so that they could manage many more projects with their existing resources. We also added our Sales Opportunity module which helps manage their sales funnel, and during the migration to this discovered many quotes that had been sent out but never followed up!
