Guided by this wizard, the marketing user is able to select its campaign's target, execute its campaign, generate follow-up actions, automatically publish registration forms on the web and get into eLink the data related to any registered person.
3. Automated lead assignment and opportunity management:
eLink’s collaborative and sharing functions automate the assignment, to the sales team, of new leads generated from a marketing campaign. A task in the to do list or an appointment in the calendar is automatically created and associated to each assignment. Then any follow-up task comes with a complete context, allowing the sales rep to figure out immediately the lead’s source, demand or interests and next actions to execute.
4. Campaigns efficiency assessment:
All information needed by the marketer to measure the efficiency of a particular campaign is already in eLink. It is then easy to list the campaign’s targeted contacts, find which ones were attracted or not, what sales follow-up has been done and which leads were converted to clients.

As for the extranet, eLink has powerful web publishing and content management functionalities allowing easy web content customisation for each visitor, simply by using the data stored in eLink’s database. For instance when a visitor connects to your website and tries to register for something, eLink can recognise him and display the data. Then the guests will help enrich or keep their own data up-to-date by creating or updating their profiles, registering for events, subscribing to newsletters. When the form is submitted, all the data are automatically inserted or updated in eLink.
